FUTURE LEADERS YOUTH COUNCIL

The Future Leaders Youth Council is an initiative aimed at empowering young leaders in health. Youth represent a significant segment of the global healthcare workforce, yet their voices are often underrepresented in leadership discussions. Despite their passion and innovative ideas, young individuals face numerous barriers, restricting their potential to influence the future of healthcare meaningfully.

The Future Leaders Youth Council seeks to change this narrative by creating a dedicated platform for emerging leaders. It brings together passionate youth from diverse backgrounds to exchange ideas, foster collaboration, and lead discussions on health innovation, sustainability, and policy reform.

The council creates a platform for emerging leaders to engage with established professionals, fostering mentorship and networking opportunities. It plays a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare by offering the next generation a voice in key global health discussions.
