We review submissions on a rolling basis. The earlier you apply, the better your chances of selection. While we aim to notify all applicants by February 2025, some may receive feedback sooner. Submitting early also allows time for any necessary refinements.

Selected speakers:
No delegate fees: Speakers are not required to pay any delegate fees.
No remuneration or expense coverage: Please note that organisers will not cover any costs related to your participation, including travel, accommodation, or any other associated expenses.
Speaker opportunities:
Live stage: This call is for 20-minute presentations on the live stage in the exhibition area.
Additional opportunities: If your profile stands out, you may be invited to participate in: HealthBeats Podcasts, interviews or panel discussions in other event segments.
Important notes:
This submission is specifically for the live stage. This call does not include the main Future Health Summit conference, which is finalised by the Department of Health (DoH), who will be the final filter for the selected speakers.
