Thank you for being part of Abu Dhabi Global Healthcare Week 2025. This guide is designed to provide you with all the essential information regarding your involvement.

Event Dates: 15-17 April 2025
Location: ADNEC (Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre) - The event will take place in the Atrium, Halls 5 and 6.

Arrival Tips:
Plan Ahead: Allocate extra time for security checks and entry procedures.
Follow Signage: Navigate easily by following event signage:

2. Registration and Badge Printing
As a speaker, we will handle your event registration for you—no action is required on your part. You’ll receive an email in the weeks leading up to the event with:

- A print-at-home badge option or
- A QR code for onsite badge printing
Important Note: If you do not receive a pre-registration email or if you are registered under someone else's email, please visit the speaker registration counter onsite. Simply provide your name and present your ID or passport for verification.
Onsite Badge Printing:
To avoid long queues, speakers can use the dedicated speaker area at the registration counter.
For a quick and seamless entry, use the self-service kiosks:
1.Scan your QR code
2.Collect your printed badge
3.Enter the event

3. Speakers Information and Permit
If you have been invited to speak, our team has sent you a link to the Speaker & Session Details Collection Form. Please complete this form with the required information to confirm your place in the speaker lineup and allow us to process your speaker permit for ADGHW.

Important Notice:
The Department of Culture and Tourism requires a permit for all speakers presenting or conducting training sessions in Abu Dhabi. To ensure processing in time, please submit all necessary documents at least 5 working days before the event.

- For UAE nationals and residents - Emirates ID, Passport photo (white background), Place of birth, Mobile number, Email, Passport type, educational level
- Non-UAE Resident and Other nationalities - Completed permit form (Download Here), Passport copy, Passport-sized photo (JPEG, white background)

4. Access Information and Speakers Lounge
As a speaker, you will have access to the following areas during the event:
- Speaker Lounge (Upstairs area 1st floor/Mezzanine Level)
- Delegate Lounge (Located Exhibition Floor)
- Conference Sessions
Please note that access to invite-only events is not included.
Speaker Lounge
Location: Upstairs area Mezzanine Level (exact location to be provided onsite)
Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi, Refreshments and Comfortable seating
Hours: Open during all exhibition hours

6. Presentation Guidelines and Submission
While many speakers are invited to panel discussions that do not require a presentation, if you are presenting, please adhere to the following:
Presentation Requirements (If Applicable)
- Download our official PowerPoint template - click here (16:9 aspect ratio)
- Submission Deadline: Monday, April 7th, 2024
- Design Guidelines:
- Use large, readable fonts
- Focus on key points and visuals
- Maintain brand consistency

Important Note: If you miss the submission deadline, bring your presentation onsite and hand it to the AV team in advance. Early submission ensures a smoother experience given tight schedule.

7. Day of the Event Speakers Tips
Arrive Early: Be in your assigned room/stage 15 minutes before your session.
Find Support Staff: Look for DMG Events staff or the AV team for assistance
Available equipment:
Comfort monitors, slide advancers, Microphones (you may need to be mic'd up in advance if part of a panel or if you wish to walk while presenting).
Q&A Tips
- Repeat audience questions for clarity
- Keep responses brief to allow for more questions
- If unsure, it’s okay to say, "I'll follow up on that."
