Over the past 20 years, Emma has built businesses internationally and led cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, operations and research and development and has led M&A activity. As a consultant, Emma’s recent projects include the development of an international commercialisation strategy designed specifically for healthcare helping business owners to best prepare for growth and realise their growth ambitions. She achieved her Global Executive MBA from Manchester Business School in 2016 and was awarded her MBE for Services to Exporting in 2018.
