Dr. Ihab El Ghonimi is the Group Chief Business Officer, Executive Committee member, and Senior Leadership member for Cambridge Medical and Rehabilitation Center. Whereby, he is responsible to achieve strategic expansion goals.

He is leading the organizational efforts in the business development, Strategy, Admissions, Marketing & Communications, and Patients’ Relationships at CMRC across UAE & KSA.

Ihab is Expert in Pharma and Healthcare industries with strong leadership and communication skills with hands-on experience in strategy formulation, creative business development, market access, Key Account Management, People Management, Marketing Management, Customer relationship management (CRM), armed with strong negotiation skills and deep understanding to the new companies’ start-ups, corporate mergers and acquisitions.

With over 12 years’ experience in Egypt, UAE and KSA as senior business development and marketing professional in Multinational companies and reputable healthcare organizations with remarkable achievement, In the current capacity as Group Business Development, Marketing & Communications Director for Cambridge Medical and Rehabilitation Center, he is working closely with the Group CEO to achieve the organization strategic goals through leading integrated teams including, the admission team, Marketing team, Business Development team and Patient Relationship team which are the main pillars to deliver and maintain the organizational revenue and poised growth.

Ihab is a part of the prestigious alumni network, INSEAD, where he graduated from the Advanced Management Program as part of the executive education curriculum. He also holds a bachelor degree in Veterinary Medicine from Alexandria University (DVM), Sales and Marketing diploma from Arab Academy for Science Technology and Maritime Transportation- AASTMT, Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Atlanta (UAE Campus) and Certified Green Belt Six Sigma (CGBSS) from International Quality Federation (IQF USA). In addition, Ihab started his executive education program at Harvard Business School and certified in Mergers and Acquisitions; Strategy, Execution, and Post-merger Management (HBS – Main Campus)
