Justine is IBM’s Health and Life Sciences Industry Leader for Middle East and Africa.  She brings an excellent understanding of the strategic and operational issues facing regulators, commissioners, providers and suppliers across public and private sectors drawing on 25 years working in the health  sector. 

Her experience includes leading and delivering projects in the areas of strategy and digital transformation, governance, organization design, change management, and performance optimization. 

She advises clients on solutions and priorities to support their transformation journeys, leading strategic conversations in areas such as AI, Robotics, EHRs, Connected Care and differentiated models of care.
