Vanessa Reeve is the Head of Guy’s and St Thomas’ Consulting, and is a qualified accountant with over 15 years’ experience of enabling effective change in the healthcare sector.

Vanessa has a deep passion and knowledge of the sector and is focused on tangibly improving outcomes for individuals - by building strong relationships - with external clients and partners, internal clinical and operational teams, and particularly with patients and service users themselves to help drive cultural change to enable demand in the whole system to be managed more effectively.
