Bjoern von Siemens is a healthcare entrepreneur and investor. He is the Founder and CEO of Caresyntax, a category leader in data- and robotic-assisted surgery, improving over 4 million surgeries per year. He also manages several hundred million dollars in investments in health and medtech through surgical.ai and other holding companies. Passionate about global healthcare equity and innovation, Bjoern was inspired by U.S. tech entrepreneurship to build and invest in AI-first platform tech companies aimed at improving health systems. Over the past twenty years, Bjoern has partnered with and invested in some of the most ambitious healthcare entrepreneurs across Europe, the U.S., and the Middle East. Bjoern was educated at the University of St. Gallen, EBS, the London School of Economics, Harvard University, and conducted several years of postgraduate work with leading German, U.K., Swiss, Singaporean, and U.S. teaching hospitals.
