Elodie Robin-Guillerm is Head of Global Clusters at the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO). She leads the development of strategic sectors such as energy transition, semiconductors, life sciences, and aerospace, contributing to advancing Abu Dhabi’s economic growth and innovation agenda.
Before joining ADIO, Elodie held strategic roles with leading entities in the UAE, bringing over 15 years of experience in strategic advisory, partnerships, and innovation. She previously led growth and strategy at Hub71, Abu Dhabi’s global tech ecosystem, where she played a key role in driving collaboration between startups, government, investors, and corporates, significantly contributing to the development of the region’s tech entrepreneurship landscape. In addition, she serves as the President of the UAE community for French Tech, actively supporting the regional innovation ecosystem and championing the growth of startups and entrepreneurship.
An accomplished strategic advisor and investor specialising in deeptech and industrial innovation, Elodie was instrumental in establishing the UAE’s first aerospace industrial cluster in the early 2000s. With over 15 years of experience facilitating high-impact industrial partnerships for global aerospace leaders like Airbus and Thales across the Middle East and Africa, she later joined the Global Manufacturing and Industrialisation Summit, a joint initiative by the UAE Government and the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation, where she contributed to shaping the future of the industry in line with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
Elodie holds a master’s degree in marketing (M2) from the ESCP Business School and a degree in Economics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
