Farah Fakhouri is a visionary leader in healthcare innovation, quality management, and leadership development with nearly two decades of global experience driving transformation across the Middle East, Europe, and beyond.

As the Founder and Managing Director of WAVE Health Consultancy, IMPROWAVE, and London Excellence Academy, she spearheads initiatives that bridge cutting-edge healthcare strategies with operational excellence.

Her organizations have designed and delivered over 800 accredited training programs in healthcare innovation , leadership and patient safety, impacting more than 9,000 professionals worldwide. These efforts have been recognized internationally including a recent award from the Global Innovation Institute (GINI) for contributions to advancing innovation culture.

Her consulting work spans the GCC, focusing on quality improvement, innovation ecosystems, and cross-sector partnerships.

Farah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Total Quality Management in Healthcare from the American University in Cairo (AUC). She is a Certified Chief Innovation Officer by Global Innovation Institute (GINI).

She is also an International Coaching Federation (ICF) -accredited Executive Coach (ACC) in addition to her advanced training includes Rapid Transformational Coaching from the Marisa Peer School in the UK and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) certification from the Society of NLP.
