Dr. Howard S. Podolsky is a distinguished physician executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in healthcare management, clinical practice, and health law. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the State University of Buffalo, New York, School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, his Juris Doctor from St. Louis University School of Law as a Dean's Scholar, and his Master of Business Administration from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis, where he was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society.


Throughout his career, Dr. Podolsky has held several prominent positions, including Group Chief Executive Officer for HC1/Cambridge Medical and Rehabilitation Centers (KSA/UAE), Group Chief of Staff for SEHA (Abu Dhabi Health Services, PJSC), and Vice President of Medical Underwriting for American General Life Companies, a subsidiary of AIG. He has also served as Corporate Chief Medical Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Quality Officer for multiple national healthcare organizations in the United States. His clinical expertise spans Internal Medicine and Geriatrics, complemented by extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and health law.


As an innovative healthcare leader, Dr. Podolsky pioneered the development of the first physician-led Accountable Care Organization in the United States. More recently, he led the team that facilitated the sale of Cambridge Medical and Rehabilitation Center to Amanat Holdings, the largest publicly listed GCC holding company focused on healthcare and education, for more than USD 230M. In addition, he serves as the Chairman of The Cabin, the premier private provider of Addiction Medicine Rehabilitation in Southeast Asia, located in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Throughout these endeavors, Dr. Podolsky has consistently focused on delivering exceptional healthcare value and world-class patient experiences for all stakeholders.


A long-standing Fellow of the American College of Legal Medicine, Dr. Podolsky is frequently invited to speak on healthcare policy, strategy, and regulations. He has also served as a part-time professor at the King's Centre for Professional Development, where he teaches healthcare finance and healthcare law in the Healthcare MBA program. Dr. Podolsky's unique combination of expertise in medicine, law, and business, serves to drive healthcare excellence and innovation across organizations.
