Kelsey Warner has been a UAE-based journalist for nearly a decade, covering the intersections of technology, money, and power in the Gulf. She was on the launch team of Semafor Gulf and has since scooped stories on Saudi Arabia and the UAE's AI ambitions and the expansion of major financial players into the region. Prior to Semafor, Warner launched The Daily Circuit, covering deal flow in the Middle East, and was the founding Future Editor at The National. A graduate of the Columbia School of Journalism and a proud Boston native, she lives in Abu Dhabi with her husband and two daughters.
