Ms. Sherrie Lim assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital on January 1, 2024, marking a significant step in her career within the IHH Healthcare network. Joining the organization in November 2019,  prior to the global pandemic, a period where her extensive background in public healthcare proved particularly advantageous. Her deep understanding of pandemic protocols and operational management was instrumental in guiding the hospital through the ensuing challenges.

Prior to her appointment as CEO, Ms. Lim served as the Director of Operations at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, a role she assumed in 2021. During this period of leadership, she demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing the hospital's clinical capabilities. Collaborating closely with medical specialists and the marketing division, she spearheaded initiatives to integrate the latest technological innovations into the hospital's services. This proactive approach ensured that Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital consistently offered state-of-the-art medical care, aligning with the evolving needs of its patient population and the professional aspirations of its specialists.

Ms. Lim's professional foundation lies in Diagnostic Radiography, after which she transitioned into various management positions within the public healthcare system. Her experience spans the spectrum of healthcare delivery, from primary care settings to complex acute hospital environments. Her comprehensive portfolio includes the strategic and operational oversight of both inpatient and outpatient departments, as well as various allied health services. Her prior roles include Deputy Director of Clinic Operations and Head of Radiology services, underscoring her well-rounded expertise in healthcare administration.
